We will start working on the system promptly and will call you when it is ready or if it needs replacement parts, software or we need to do some work on the problem that will exceed the standard 90 minutes.

The standard computer drop-off repair costs just $99 excluding GST for 90 minutes of diagnostics and repair.

  • Free install and/or update of personal firewall software
  • Free update and configuration of your computer's security configuration to make sure that your system is safe
  • Free install of NOD32 Anti virus Software (60 day evaluation trial)
Extended repair times are priced at $50 per additional hour (after the 90 minutes).

Back-Up Your Data First!

Any computer repair work can cause damage to systems or data. We recommend that you back-up any important data or systems before dropping your computer off with us for repairs. Whilst we are extremely careful with your computer and have highly qualified technicians we cannot guarantee that data will not be affected by repairs.

Terms of Trade
Computer collections should be booked in advance through our helpline. A charge will be made for collections/drop-offs that are cancelled/forgotten without notice.
Payment may be made online using credit cards as our drivers never carry cash. Prices listed on this page are exclusive of GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Some computer repairs take longer than the allocated 90mins and can incur an extra charge.
Computer equipment is collected and stored at owner's risk. IT Fix take no responsibility for damage during transfer or repair of computers. Computer repairs are completed at owner's risk and we recommend that a full backup is completed prior to any computer repairs being conducted.
